Breast Cancer Fundraiser

We are asking for your support. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We are supporting the cause. Will you join us? Proceeds will benefit local families that need immediate assistance.

In 2013, an estimated 232,340 new cases of invasive breast cancer were expected to be diagnosed among US women. While the numbers are startling the survival rate continues to rise with early detection and treatment.

One part of our focus for the 2014 Annual Conference is to spotlight survivors of this terrible disease. On Friday afternoon we will host a session to hear the stories of brave women who have overcome and are willing to share. We all know the importance of keeping a  journal of our experiences for our personal healing, but to share these experiences with the world could be so beneficial to others.

As October is Breast Cancer Awareness month we ask that you support us in our efforts to help in the fight to continue to bring Awareness, help those in financial need, get information about prevention and learn the importance of self-examination.

If you or someone you know have been affected by Breast Cancer and would like to get involved in this event either through volunteering or donating we welcome your participation.
